Where is the configuration? I cant seem to find. I am using Joomla 3. Should I even be using this vesion?

It is a development version Beta and it should be used on test servers only. Not on production sites.

On production sites use: https://www.phoca.cz/download/category/ ... -component, Version 4.3.18
