JAK Lightbox and Navigation Buttons In IE

I'm trying the gallery and noticed 2 things.
1. I created 2 categories using the JAK Lightbox option to display the images. The settings are set in the Phoca Gallery Parameters and Not at the menu level. The problem is the JAK lightbox works fine in one gallery but does not work at all in the other gallery - when you click on the image it opens with no effect. The menu settings are the same on both galleries (Use global - for all options). Any idea what is happening here.
2. In Internet explorer the backward, forward and close buttons do not show. How can I fix this?
Thank you!!

Hi,
1. check if there is not saved some settings in menu link to the category which overwrite global settings
2. I see the buttons on my site with IE without any problem? Try to change template (to test if there is no problem)? Maybe some other javascript from other extensions can be in conflict?

Everything was using the Global setting. I've changed the effect for now as I can't seem to find what the issue is...funny enough all the others work except the one I really want.
Code: Select all

Just wondering - if it were a javascript issue from another extension would it work in one browser and not the other? I removed the template but get the same result.
Thanks!

Hi, mostly if there is an IE bug, it has problems only in IE, so it is not a problem of extensions but of web browsers. Mostly the IE has problems if there are two javascript which loads some part of code before end of loading the site. So this is why you should check other extensions too. (because of possible conflict in case two javascript will be loaded)

Hi, developers are from Seznam.cz - see:
http://jak.seznam.cz/ but the problem is, the information seems to be not available in English
