which preview button are you talking about?
Are you sure you mean Phoca Gallery and not Phoca Download? In Phoca Download there is a preview button, but not in Phoca Gallery ....

im using Phoca Download, and its only previes files for type pdf document, i know how i can do this, but i have 2000 files,

I don't know any other way then 1 by 1, but if you are familiar with MySQLi queries, you may be able to create a query that does this for all 2000 files directly in the database. (Unfortunately I'm not...)

Another way can be using a content plugin in description of the file. This means that you will e.g. manage your images in gallery extension like Phoca Gallery is and paste the images to Phoca Download description per content plugin.
