I'have found a BUG in phocagallery about Url Rewrite.
Category can be replace with any word and url work correctly.

Regarding this topic. The purpose is always return the best result to the users so they don't get 404:

- if the link inlcudes some ID, it is supposed - user want to see category or image. The category has priority over image
- if the link includes more IDs, the system tries to find category and its image id

So there is always try to display some outcome but not 404. But more important is, building the route. So in fact the second link will be never built with Phoca Galley so in fact it will never exist but if user get some corrupted link but it includes the ID, the system always will try to find the best result.

Our effort should not be saying "NO, you are wrong, nothing will be displayed for you" but to show the best matched outcome if it is possible.
