Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to deactivate the drag function in OpenStreetMap. When you browse the website on your smartphone, you scroll down the page. When you get to the map you can no longer scroll upwards, because with your finger you drag the map.

Hi, there is no such option in Phoca Maps and no experiences if this is possible to do in OSM Javascript libraries. I will try to look at this if this is even possible for OSM
