Problem in Phoca Gallery!!

Hi!! I am facing a problem with phoca photo gallery and i was wondering if u could give me any tips..Basically when i open a photo in the shadowbox it is not shown right (its size). this happens when a photo has been modified to another size (cropped) or when the photo is vertical as i noticed.
i've tried to solve the problem from the parameters in phoca gallery--> Images and Window size settings but something is still going wrong! are there any specific sizes that i should have used? What else can i try to do? Thank u:)
