I just upgraded to ver 4.3.10 and I am having an issue with the slideshow.

1) You click on a picture and it looks okay in the box that comes up.
2) Start the slideshow and now the picture is not centered in the box anymore. Many times it wants to ride the top edge of the background box and is shifted to the right.
3) I have checked the setting in global parameters and I can't see anything that I can check that effects how the picture is centered in the background box.

4) Can anyone help direct me on what I am missing or doing wrong.

Hi, can you paste a screenshot to know which method do you use? Does the same problem happen in standard template?

Ok, I see now, when you change the popup window (to test it only), do you get the same problem with another popup?

Hi Jan,

Yes, most the most part the popup windows do the same thing as I talked about above.

It was set on Shodowbox...but Modal Box, Highside JS, and Boxblus did the same thing. It looks like when the pictures switch form Landscape to Portrait, the centering gets messed up and the control button (strip) at bottom shift up.

And if you test it with another standard template, do you get the same problem?

Hi Jan,

I tried the Beez3 template and it had other issues with displaying the pictures in the popup window. I also tried the Protostar template and when viewing the pictures in the slideshow mode, it had the same issues.
