Hi, this depends on you which SEF method you will use.
I use e.g. Joomla! core SEF, see:
https://www.phoca.cz/demo/modal-box
All links in Phoca Extensions are created with standard Joomla! methods, so link creating is made by Joomla! or some other extension.
