Uploading IMages using Java - ERROR

Joomla - 1.5.14
Phoca - 2.5.7
Java bulikd 1.60_15-b03
I have enabled the java upload for users to upload images..
When i test it out and say select 4 images it starts to upload them fine but then after the 1st upload it give me this error..
wjhk.jupload2.exception.JUploadException: unexpected EOF (in header)
I have test this on both IE 8 and Firefox.. both give me the same error..
Then only way i can upload any images in the front end is the one at a time feature..
Any solutions to this as i have read some but nothing helps out..
Right now i'm stuck between your phoca gallery and Joomgallery - your works best in the front end.. for adding categories.. the back ends are similar - but they have a great FTP upload in the backend. Stuck on what way to go..
If the java worked i would stick with you on this one.. Need a simple gallery to allow members to upload Lots of photos to there categories..
