I know you can assign tax to a country. How about region e.g. Just for California.

Hi, I prepared the table for regions too, but didn't know for 100% if the tax can be different in regions? So is this different in US for each region?

What about the conflict - if the tax will be set for country and region? Which is then valid? Country or Region?

Hi Jan, Since I am in California I only collect sales tax for sales made within California and not if a sale is made to anyone in the other 49 states. We do not have or collect a country tax. Sales tax amount collected within USA varies from state to state and is sometimes complicated. Right now I only sell within US so I only need to set tax for California sales. Best regards

I will try to implement it in next version, there must be some new parameters, etc. (e.g. if country or region is the priority, etc.)
