ONLY ONE IMAGE ON MULTIPLE UPLOAD???

Hi,
I have a serious issue with phoca gallery :
It only gives me 1 images on the multiple upload. I follow the strict procedure and it tells me that it created XXX images in my category. When I go to the category, it only gives me 1 image (the first one of the serie that I had selected). Please help out, I really don't get it.
note that if I try to add more photos to the category, it tells me that it created the images but nothing is listed except the very first image.
