How to disable front end edit

In Phoca Gallery Control Panel I have set 'Enable User Control Panel' to 'No'
but when I log in as a registered member I see the upload edit feature, I do not see the feature when visiting the site as 'Guest'
Is there a setting that ensures I cannot see this feature ? I only want a specific group to be able to upload photos
Regards

Hi, do you have enabled cache? When User Control Panel is disabled, noone can access it.
Testing now on tree different servers, without any problems

Which version you run?

I'm using
Phoca Gallery version 4.3.1
Joomla version 3.6.2

How do you enable/disable cache ?

Hi Jan
I found a cache enable/disable option under Phoca Gallery - Options - General settings - RSS feed settings
The 'Enable Cache' is set to 'No'
Is this the right place/method ?

I set the above 'Enable Cache' from 'No' to 'Yes' to 'No' but the front end edit box continues to display at any of the Yes/No setting

If cache enabled, you can disable and clear it in Global Configuration of Joomla!
