Hi, I want set the two main categories as the default in the back end. The users will then upload photos through the UCP but only be able to select one the two main categories and not declare new categories through the front end.

I cannot find the correct setting to make this happen.
Can you please help

you can set one main category and then user can create "ulimited" count of subcategories (you can limit them in options) in UCP

Duh ! I didn't realise that front end editing had two views. The category view is exactly what I was looking for, many thanks
