I tried the search function, but i find no answers on my quesion.

Ist i enable the function "enable Thumbnail creation" i get a failure. After enabling this function i go to Pictures. After that there opens a new Window with the following text:

Code: Select all

Creating of thumbnail Please Wait
Creating of thumbnail gamescom2009_besucher.jpg ... OK
(gamescom2009_besucher.jpg)

Rebuilding Process
This Windows is resfreshing every 2 or 3 Seconds. But nothing else. There are some more Pics in this Gallerie (about 6). I nerver get any Thumbnail. If i show this Gallerie on Frontend this pics can not get opened. There is allway a 404 error. But the Phoca Componet is enabled and a Menue item is created...

Anyone the same problem?

Sorry for my English :(

Hi, check if your GD is OK, check cache settings on your server, try to use other browser.

Okay... this is really crazy! After looking in the "thumbs" directory of my server i see the thumbnails. They were correctly created. I loaded them down and take a look. They look fine ;) But my Phoca Gallerie don´´t show me any of them. When i start the component and look in "pictures" i can see the discription and the name of them, but no thumbnail?! I dont know how to solve the problem.... anyone else gets this problem?

Hmm okay... the problem is solved... i don´t know how i solved it but it is ;)

I deleted all picture folders on my server an create them manually. Then the problem was solved. Perhaps it is important to say that before i made the changes, all directories have chmod 777!

Thanks for help!
