moving component and data to another site

Hi There!
I have your phocagallery installed ( wonderful to work with) with categories, images, settings, etc. and now I need to move it to another Joomla install. Do you know step-by-step how I would do this without bringing it within an entire Joomla migration?
And the Joomlas are the same 1.5
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, there are more option how to move site, you can ftp all the files to your new site and backup your database e.g. via phpmyadmin and then sql query the database in the new site, or you can use some special tools like joomlapack, etc, see extensions.joomla.org

Good morning Jan-
My problem is I have a site that needs to be moved where the old site is located and to overwrite everything with the new site. I can manually or Joomlapack this but I don't wan't to overwrite my work on with the phocagallery on the first site.
I thought if I could move the gallery to the new site then erase the old site then move everything back to the new site together inclduing the gallery it would work and I keep all my gallery data, etc.
So do you know how I could copy JUST the phocal gallery data from one site and import to another? I could first install the component, but then how to get the data from one and into the other?
