I have the same problem now - my installation worked fine for almost a week.

I'm trying to add images from a folder on the server to categories and the thumbnail creation screen (with progress information) does not appear anymore and there are no thumbnails displayed in the image panel, just grey squares. But the system says creation was successful.

I've made no updates of any kind. Maybe some sort of caching problem?

I have almost the same problem.

Yesterday thumbnail creation worked, now it doesn't. I see no "green bar" as I did yesterday. Can it be related to image resolution/size..?

Hi, if thumbnails are recreated, no green bar is selected.

Do you get any error?

If I open the tab Image from the control panel this is the result (see the image)

Hi, blank page, it means,there is some error while creating image - some fatal error (maybe memory, maybe access rights, maybe GD) but it is not displayed because the error reporting is not set to on, see:

Hi, you should check your permissions and ownership of files and folders on your server, seems like the script cannot read files , see:
