Hi, instead of link to all categories (Categories View) you should create a link to category (Category View) and select the specific category. In the menu manager.

Hi, list of categories you can get only if you will create menu link to Categories View. You can center the page (you need to set fixed width for phoca gallery box), see parameters (parameters component in menu link to gallery)
