Tabs sitting vertically

As you can see on my site, the rating and comments tabs are sitting on top of each other. This is quite ugly and I realise it must be a conflict with another tabs feature but why would it show vertically when no other tab is? I have used firebug, even though not an expert, and cant identify where it is inheriting this from.

[Ignore regarding answer - this is mere speculation and unrelated to above]
Also I have noticed many posts mentioning permission issues - seems from my seyret reading this also occurs with that component and it centres around components making folders as opposed to the owner doing so via ftp/cpanel etc which confers ownership. I just mention here so the thought is out there - dont wish to post in a relevant thread as I may be way off course lol. Maybe some joomla ftp issue affects this.

Hi, yes it seems like some conflict with e.g. template or other extension. Did you test it with some standard template like rhuk milkyway is?

Tested quickly on rhuk and was the same. I have joomlaworks tabs & slides modules on the frontpage and in the bottom area under the adverts. I have a couple of unpublished modules like roktabs - would they be inheritable from whilst unpublished?

I think, if they are unpublished (not active), they cannot be used, but you can test it with e.g. firefox and webdeveloper where you can see which javascripts and which css was loaded into the site.
