Is it possible to create more then one new category by the user from the front-end?

Thank you for the quick reply and all the excellent work you are doing.
I would also find very useful if users could make comments not only on categories but each photo as well.
All in all, I tried several photo galleries for Joomla and Phoca is the best - easy to use and looks very nice.
