I have a problem help me

when i want to open the Images in the admin section to do some thing and i get this error:

Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in C:\wamp\www\QuotesDB\Eng\libraries\joomla\database\database\mysql.php on line 344

can some one help me?
