Hi there, and a big bravo for your component/plugin wich looks great !
Is there a way to make a link (in an article for exemple) to open a marker ?
If am not clear here is a situation:
I display a map with severals markers on it.
I would like to put texte above with the name of the locations and a link like "Show this location" an I would like the google bullet to pop up then...
Is it possible ?
I looked to the links wich all looks like javascipt:void(0)

Hi, you can make e.g. 10 maps and every map get one link, then you can create (via plugin) link to every map.

By the way, the popup (or linked) template has a problem with images in the desription, the url is wrong it puts the url of the component before the url of the images (am not sure to be clear???)

If I paste some image into the description and the map is displayed through the popup link, the image is displayed correctly ???

that's right, in the normal view (view=map) everything is ok.
now is you use the view=link the description of the markers are displayed but if you have an image in it, the path is wrong, it puts component/option,com_phocamaps/id,5/tmpl,component/view,map before the path of the image so you have http://www.mywebsite.com/component/opti ... yimage.jpg instead of www.mywebsite/images/stories/myimage.jpg

Hi, try to disable SEF or enable the CORE SEF (I have tested it without SEF or with CORE SEF enabled)

there is description for the marker and for the map.

Maybe i'm not original but graet work. I search something like this long time.

I want back to question in quote. I have map with 20 markers now bu i want add few more. Creat so many maps is no solution for me. Is any other possibility to do it?

does anyone care about the users?
i would also like to make links to a certain marker on my map. is there any way to do this?
