Space between shadows and thumbnails in listing images

Hi, this is my first experience with PhocaGallery. It seems a great component, and I was planning to replace RSGallery and Morfeoshow on a few websites.
Can anyone help me with this issue (see atach., it worths a hundred words). It's obvious that the elements in the box are not overlapping, but they are rather one after another. I have done nothing to the css files (though I tried for hours, and rolled back to the default). Even if I remove the shadow from the administrator menu area, the thumbnail stays centered and the box has the same width. It seems like the width it's defined somewhere. Any ideeas? I'm sure this is not the standard view of the pictures
And I didn't find anything in the manual and in the forum. Can you at least point me in the right direction?

Hi,
did you try it with the rhuk_milkyway template?
what sizes did you put in the phoca gallery parameters for medium thumbs.
Could you check those also in the menu item (menus > your menu > your phoca gallery menu item > parameters - component = 2nd box on the right).

Thank you! It was a much larger value (400) than the thumbnails (100) - my mistake, what can I do I'm a noob. I thought it controls the actual size of the image, not of the box.
I'm relieved - my impression was corect: your gallery really rocks, it's far beyond others.
Slightly offtopic: would you consider a romanian translation? At least a partial one (30-40% , the frontend) until I finish it (it's quite long and i'm time-limited).

I wouldn't do it - it's up to Jan to decide.
When there is no translation at all, Joomla! takes the English language files.
If there is a translation then Joomla! takes those files. When the translation is only half finished you'll see half Romanian and in the other half you see codes. In the backend this can lead to not understanding some parameters and that kind of stuff. So I would only make complete language files available.
You know that you can use it on the frontend only, but some other would try to use it on the backend too, and to protect him/her from that it's better not to supply the file at all until it is complete (in my opinion)

Yes it's kind of a best practice. But will you include it if I will translate (fully) your component? Because for me it's just fine with only the frontend translated... I wouldn't do it if you are not interested.

Hi,
the frontend .ini file and the backend .ini file are the same. For the backend you also need to translate the com_phocagallery.menu.ini file. Which are about 6 strings or something like that.
