Problem to create thumbnails in multiple add

Hello,
since this morning, Phoca Gallery want not create thumbnail ; I can charge the picture with "multiple add" but when I save I have a "?" at the place of the picture (see the screenshot joint). The picture file are ok (size, extension...). I have the Joomla 1.5 and Phoca Gallery last version
