Stupid question because I don't understand structure and owner.
This is my directories:
  • root/images/phocagallery/webalbum/1
    root/images/phocagallery/webalbum/2
    root/images/phocagallery/webalbum/3
    root/images/phocagallery/webalbum/4
    root/images/phocagallery/webalbum/5
webalbum is my master category and 1,2,3,4,5 are sub-categories.

Configuration:
1 - webalbum is public and owner is superuser
2 - Every number have a different owner

when I login with a user I show only public album, I try to change owner or other properties but the result is error or no changes on view.
Where is my mistake? Is pheraps WEBALBUM a bad container? ... 1,2,3,4,5 directly on root/images/phocagallery?
There is an automatic process to modify images path on DB?

Hi, there is no relation between ownership and displaying images in frontend.

To display images in frontend, you can limit them per ACCESS right - who have the access right to category or files, he/she can display them.

In user control panel - in frontend - you can set upload rights and user can upload file to "his/her" category. Ownership is only info for visitors that the files were uploaded by this user.

Thanks for reply.
Now I can show albums because I found my problem => master category is WEBALBUM!!!
But was born new problem: webalbum have only one owner and sub-categories can't have other owner, only the same!
I this case when upload from registered-users, they haven't category-folder, images go on root (webalbum/newupload)
To manage one user with his category his folder and albums, WEBALBUM folder is a big error/problem?

Hi, see similar posts in this forum, there is no fix relationship between database layer and filesystem layer. Image e.g. moved many times which is in category ABC can be stored in DEF folder. E.g. more images set in categories ABC or DEF or GHI can use only one original image stored in folder KLM.
