Need help please. Images folder name blocked

Hello,
I installed the latest phoca gallery.
B4 uploading an image I made a couple folders, but the names are blocked by the folder. I tried to follow the picture path to the picture folder and the picture is no where to be found. The image blocking the name is icon-folder-images.gif
I checked all the com_phoca folders.
Again the picture is nowhere to be found in any directories.
Help please
