ACL for PhocaGallery?

Dear all,
I know in 2014 the answer about usage of ACL in 2014 was "is planned for some future version", but is it planned for using in Joomla J3.x? PhocaGallery is a very powerfull component, but we need ACL more and more.
Do we have any news about it?
Regards,
Daniel

Hi, which ACL you mean for now. There is a frontend ACL for now: upload rights, access rights (extended to standard Joomla!, so only users can be selected) and delete rights.

Hi Jan,
thanks a lot for your reply.
I mean ACL to configure access within the backend of Joomla.
We don't use the FE because all admin/publisher user should use the BE to upload files only into the allowed categories. This is necessary because not all modules provide a FE user interface
It is not helpful (I know...), the functionality of JoomGallery is very good, but we would change to Phoca because I planing to use more then one Phoca product within my new website
I think your answer means that ACL in the BE isn't planned yet?
Regards,
Daniel

Hi, no I understand, yes, the backend ACL is planned but for now, I really cannot say when I will be able to take a look at it.
