How to increase Max upload image dimension

Hi, I ve just installed Phoca Gallery
I dont want my user can upload image.
Only me, administrator, can upload image
I ve created a Category and on MultiUpload I want upload my pics
There is 3Mb limitation size but my pics are more big
How can I change this setting to put large pics in my library
