Strange title in list with categories

Within my mainmenu I an using two times the menu-itemtype 'list with categories'. When I choose this iten, in the main frame I see the categories. In the heading of this frame the right title is shown. When I choose the second menu-item, in the main frame the right categories were shown. But the tilte is not correct. The title of the first menu-item is shown and in the menu this button is lighted. I have checked all settings but could not find anything strange. Please, who can help me?
