I found that Phoca gallery only provides category level relationship with user, but not image level. That means there is no way to know who uploaded the images into certain category, and not way to only allow image owner to del their own images or list all images for certain user.

This kind of features are really needed for community driven gallery, and I wonder when they will be available?

Hi, as user can have own category, he can get rights to see it, delete images, publish them, unpublish them, etc. As user rights will aplicated on images and not on categories only, then thee will be such difficult system of user rights so it will slow your site a lot because every image needs to be checked then ...
