Access Level Problem with Categories

Hi there, I am fairly familiar with Phoca and really like this component. I have, what I hope is a small problem. Attached to this email are 3 screen-shots, which explain my problem in a lot more detail to be honest, so please see them first.
What I want to do is have a registered user of the joomla site login and see a photo category that belongs to that user and no one else. I have setup 3 test users and for some reason the first 2 users see their own category and the last users category. So to explain - the 1st user logs in and see the correct category for him/her and also the last users category as well which is inactive and brings out a 404 error when clicked. It is only the last registered user that just sees his own category which is exactly what I want for all users to see (Simply their own category)
If anyone can help me stop the last users category showing up in all other users view then please let me know. I have configured the component correctly I think and assigned the right category to the specific correct user.
I think this may be just a bug but maybe there is a fix for this. Again any help would be much appreciated on this.
The screen-shots attached show what I am talking about in much more detail.
Thanks,
James
