I am using phocagallery for the first time on my joomla site. All I want to do it is to display a gallery of images located in a folder within the phocagallery folder. I have done all the steps, uploaded the images, set up the category in the Phocagallery component, (ID=2), created an article, linked it to a menu item. I was given this code by a friend to insert in my article, to display the gallery
{phocagallery view=category|categoryid=2|
limitstart=0|limitcount=50|detail=0|displayname=1|}

I pasted the code in my article, but when I view it, I just see the code, and no gallery. I have repeatedly tested and I have followed all steps. There is no mention of such a code in the documentation. Can somebody help me please?

I figured it out. I had installed the plugin, but somehow it was not enabled.I enabled it and now it works!
