Who can help me?

Hi all,

I'm using PhocaGallery for a few weeks now and I think this is a great component. However, yesterday I found a problem. It isn't possible for me anymore to upload pictures. Every upload gives the error: not a valid image. I just want to upload an JPEG picture. Somebody gave me the advise to delete PhocaGallery and install it again. So I did, but I've got more troubles now!

Because I can't install it again, sad enough. If I try to re-install PhocaGallery in admin>extensions>install/uninstall the following errors appears:

* JFTP::mkdir: Bad response
* JFTP::chmod: Bad response
* JFTP::store: Bad response
* Warning! - Move file failed.

I really don't know what to do know and I still want to use this component, so I hope there is someone who can help me!

Some details:
- Using Joomla 1.5.9 JoomlaCommunity!
- PhocaGallery version: 2.2.0.
- website: http://www.ourfirstwelsh.nl

I'll thank you in advance,

Jasper

Hi, check your permissions and ownership of files and folders... Check if you have enough disk space on your server or if you have some limitation there...

Hi Jan,

Where can I check my disk space at my server? And I used this program earlier, so why shouldn't it possible to install it again now?

Greets,

Jasper

If I'm right is there enough space on my server:

Diskspace
In use: 68.47 Mb
max. to use: 200 Mb

So that could'nt be the problem, right?

Same problem here. All my upload directories are set to 777. Maybe it has to do with Mysql version? Mine is less then 4.1.2

:idea: so try to upgrade the mysql , maybe it will help, if not, then we will know, it is not database version which does the problem...
