Not load image from facebook

Hi all. For first sorry for my bad english. I have a problem with loading image in the phoca gallery from facebook. I have already connect my account and i have also check if phoca gallery can see the album. All work correctly. But i can not see the thumbnail and in the frontend of site i can't see the image. It's very strange. I not understand why this problem.
For sample. If i can try to generate the thumbnail i receive this message:
Error while thumbnail regenerating
Image or one of the selected images is an external image. Thumbnail of external image cannot be recreated
In first time i have already use phoca gallery with this solution for another website in the same server and all work fine but in this case not.
I have check off possible solution from google and this forum but for the moment i must write my problem.
So there is anyone can help me.? Thank you in advance.

Hi, when you import the images from Facebook, no thumbnails are created. So there is no option to get error message about thumbnails creating.
Do you use version 4.2.0?
Did you follow this guide:

Thanks for your suggestion Jan. I have follow the link more and more time but i not have still resolve the problem. Can possibility the problem are in the permission of photo or abum in facebook or the problem can be inside in the api request of facebook? The api policy request of facebook change many time and the module not are uploaded. Now i can see this in the frontend page. I can see all information but not the photo.

For connection of my account from facebook i have follow your suggestion in another post how you tell to change with this code:

Hi, this, what was suggested in the post, was implemented to version 4.2.0 Which version you are using?

I have this problem too, Any solutions ? / suggestion ? I'm using the latest Phoca Gallery plugin, 4.2.1
Note: I also created 2 facebook "account" for a fan page....
