Thumbnails of "higher category" and some folders don't show

Hi, i was trying to move a homepage for a few weeks now, had many problems.

In that whole process, our phoca gallery got kinda screwed up. See here:

http://www.jugend-frankfurt-west.de/ind ... &Itemid=20

It doesn't show the picture of the next-higher folder in the hirarchy anymore (something like a back button, you know what i mean ;P)

and the strange thing is: It still shows random pictures as foldericons for the main foldesr, but not for some subfolders.

And the icons that were below the images aren't shown anymore, too.

Anyone has an idea how that happened? I wanted to reinstall phoca gallery, but it said everything would be deleted so i just did an upgrade which didnt help :/

Since i also tried to tweak phoca and now don't know if this is a file a database or a settings problem, how can i reset all foca settings to default?

I also tried to delete some databases but they didn't get deleted...could this still be a database problem? but the whole site is running, so i guess not.

Sorry im just a newb trying to find out ;)

PS: very strange, i tried to INSTALL phoca now on the OLD domain http://beta.normandanner.de, cause its not a problem if that one gets ruined, the main domain is http://www.jugend-frankfurt-west.de now.

But when i installed there, the stuff was also reset on the other domain? i guess they made something pretty wrong there.
But i guess it doesn't have to do with the missing image and icons, so sorry. Just trying to give all information i have.

Hi, try to reinstall all the gallery (uninstall the old and install it as new, so all Phoca data should be new)

ARGGGGHHHHH i found it, after 4 days other people told me they wouldn't see any problems.

Its the BETA of SAFARI 4 that i used as a main browser. It didn't show any "being beta" until now.

Maybe it's interesting for you to know that some icons don't work in Safari 4, if Apple won't fix this maybe you have to adjust something (I'm no Pro in this) cause i think Safari 3 was 100 % web standard, so it might not be the fault of Safari, but i don't know.

Check it out with the Safari 4 Beta, i'm using the one for mac but the problem should be the same.

The problem still exists with all browsers but firefox, for example here:

http://www.jugend-frankfurt-west.de/ind ... &Itemid=20

those placeholders instead of images ... what is the problem? :/ and why does it work in firefox?

Hi, it seems like there are wrong paths to images, try to test it with some standard template, try to see configuration.php file and check it for paths.

Can you tell me where that file is located? maybe i could post you the important parts. And you tell me where the problem lies :/

Maybe something really got messed up when i moved the page via the backup app.

Hi, the links all everwhere in the code, you need to check the basic url parts, see configuration.php e.g.
