not possible to insert images with phoca gallery button

Hi
after upgrade to Joomla 3.4.3 there is problem with phoca gallery button (v 4.1.2.).
If you create category, upload images to that category and you want to use "Phoca Gallery Button" plugin (select type: images), it will display modal box but there is not possible to choose "Limit Start" and "Limit Count" (they are gray = not clickable) nad therefor it is not possile to insert code for displaying images in article.
What is wrong? In Joomla 3.4.1 there was not this problem.
