Hello.

After several interuptions (serious health problems) www.b-a-r-f.com (Joomla) is finally online. :D

In Phocogallery I allowed, that registred users are autorised to upload pictures.

When hitting:
http://www.b-a-r-f.com/index.php?option ... mid=100018

you will see it.

Testing to upload a message is scoring the error messaage:

Upload not powssible. Alocated disc space is reached. :D

This is of course not correct. We have sufficient disc space. :D

Were do I have to correct this ?

Allow me a few additional questions:

-Are the tumbnails created automatically in the correct folder ?
-Do you have a nifty way in order to avoid spam image uploads ?

Many thankis for your assistance.

Regards

Pieter

Hi,

you can set the limit for uploading images by user. A limit for their folders, so maybe user got the message, because the limit was reached. See parameters

Thumbnails are created in the folder of the category... but as there are two layers (folder and database, if you will change category for the image, the thumnails are still on the same place, so in folder of the old category)

No there is no way how to prevent from spam images, the only way is that user is registered, but there is no way how to prevent registered user to upload spam image

Thanks a lot for your help.

I have fixed a reasonable size of the images and the different galleries qill only be avalable for registred users.
