Hi,
Just started to fill my website with images. And again - I hope - the last question.
I uploaded images in a folder, which I created.
This folder is now added with "multiple add" to the category: NameOfTheBrewery.
Again, this folder NameOfTheBrewery has different parent categories (Cities, Breweries)

Example of the category structure:
Breweries
Cities
Breweries - NameOfTheBrewery
Cities - NameOfTheCity - NameOfTheBrewery

My problem or question:
Now I have all the images in the images view more than on time. At the end there will be four entries for the same image.
I give a short description to my images. So I have to give this description to all the Images (the same Images). Is there any possibility to give a description for an image, which will displayed in all categories ? (idea: give a description in the category NameOfTheBrewery as as master)

Hi, did you select the category when multiple add? When you have a tree of folders and images, you should not select any category as Multiple Add will transform folders to categories, subfolders to sucategories and thumbnails will be made from images.

Yes I know, and thats ok (excempt of the problem)

Example
I have a category "cities"
in this category there is anoter (sub)category "Bern".
Result:
Cities - Bern

I have a category "ExistingYes"

What I do is as follow:
With "multiple Add" I add the folder "Brewery1" to "cities - Bern" ("Brewery1" becomes a category)
With "multiple Add" I add the folder "Brewery1" to "existingYes" (Brewery1 becomes a category)

Result
cities - Bern - Brewery1
ExistingYes - Brewery1

In the image list - and this is the problem - the images are twice, one with category
"cities - Bern - Brewery1" and the same image for "ExistingYes - Brewery1".

When I just add the images (not the folder) with "multiple Add" in
ExistingYes, all images will be in this category. But I need zu have all the different categories (Brewery1 - n) in this category.

What I realised is that in "multiple Add" I can give a title. Can I show this title, and could this sovle the problem?
(Then I could always choose the same images for different categories and hopefully the images would be displayed just once per image in the view)
