Again with a new problem :(

I have created a user control panel and have given access to the user to upload a new image and to edit the category. As in my site user is the administrator so I want user(i.e. administrator in my case) to create a new category and new sub category through the front-end. I am not able to do it :( Is it possible for a user to do it from front-end ? Please tell me the solution to do it
Please do tell m.. i m not able to find any solution for this please help me out. :(

Thanx a lot in advance

Hi,

now I'm referring to the same document as before: https://www.phoca.cz/documents/2-phoca-g ... ser-upload and quoting this time - so search and read better next time!:
Let user upload to his or her own category
The easy way: You go to menus » your menu » [new]. Then you create a new menu-item of type 'Phoca Gallery User Control Panel Layout'. You can set the menu-item access to public, registered and special. When you set the item to public and an unregistered user tries to access the menu-item he gets the login page, because upload is only available to registered or higher users. If a registered user logs in and enters that page then he is able to create a category and upload pictures to that category. Phoca Gallery creates a folder on your disk for this category and the uploaded images and thumbnails are saved there. The next time the user accesses this menu-item he can edit the category name and description, but is not able to create a new category.
If you searched the forum or the feedback page, you would notice more than one feature request for creating subcategories in the frontend.

hey..again the same reply :) ....I have read the whole document. and as i told you in my last post that " I have created a user control panel and have given access to the user to upload a new image and to edit the category."
This is possible for one user as its written in the document that
" The next time the user accesses this menu-item he can edit the category name and description, but is not able to create a new category."

So here user is the administrator and he can create as many categories as he wants.. Basically I want the rights of user similar to the rights of an administrator i.e. he can create as much categories , subcategories he wants and should be able to upload images in each one of them...

Yeah I read the feature request about creating subcategories in the front end...but thought that thr might be any other way so that I can some how manage this..But anyways..will be waiting for this feature :)
