I'm in the process of switching to Joomla 1.5 and found this gallery very nice, so I'm trying to switch to it. I got a few issues so far (see live on http://www.perforations.de/15/):

- I got no thumbnails for most categories. When I look in the ftp, I see there are some small thumbs not created, only medium ones. Probably I need small ones as category thumbs, how can those be recreated? I have an issue with thumbs created with 600 rights (must be my suexec), but I can set the rights manually. What I noticed, when I go to the details of a image, and try to assign a new image, thumbnails are created in subcategories, but only medium ones it seems...

- Small category thumbs instead of medium: I want medium thumbs for categories, so in settings/category list I set "Medium with shadows", obviously this is ignored...

- thumbs larger than box around it: The thumbs are covering the box around it, no matter what theme I use. Can this be set somewhere?

- No descriptions: I've set descriptions to be visible but I can't see them anywhere... in the descriptions settings there is "Lightbox" written, what does that affect? and how can I set that?

- Lots of images don't open full size. Dunno what that is, but I can only see images in Category Black'n'Grey, no other category, no subcategory.

That's a lot of stuff, but I guess none of that is a big problem

In the Backend I went through the images pages, therefore forcing Phoca to create the small thumbnails. After that I could set the rights to 644 (I really gotta check what suexec does there, it should be sufficient to have 600), and now the category thumbs are working.

btw, since there are lightbox settings, why can't I select Lightbox for picture popup? I only have shadowbox...

the lightbox description displays in modal popup box.

In shadowbox no description at all is displayed (you need modal popup, standard popup or highslide)

'thumbs' larger than box = 'thumbs' larger than shadow. You need to to set the shadow to 200x200 - if you created bigger thumbs. If you created other sizes then see: https://www.phoca.cz/documents/2-phoca-g ... w-resizing

too bad, all of those deactivate my "prevent-right-click" module... only with shadowbox right-click stays disabled.

Hi, I don't understand why you are using : "prevent-right-click" ... why do you load javascript library into your site which doesn't have any effect. If user wants to use right click, he just disable javascript in browser ...

I know But for some people that's complicated enough to protect a bit. What I would essentially love, would be html small and medium thumbs with description searchable for google, and the full-size open as flash. I know, you can still screenshot it, but again, it's at least a bit protection. Currently I have a full flash gallery, and it's neither searchable by google, and you can't link to a picture...
