The 5th category it a bit low in the layout the the 4th category. If I use just four categories the 4th one is a low as the 5th one now ... how can it be?

it's weird. Have you tried the standard template rhuk_milkyway if it's the same?

Problem is solved ... its quit easy ... one name was to long and therefor it crash the layout.
