Hello,

I have installed Phoca Gallery some weeks ago and uploaded some images in different categories.
I had the settings "number of colums: 4" in category view and "default number of pages: 20" and "page numbers: 8, 20, 40, ..." (the default values). Names could be a little different since I'm using the German language file.

However, the number of colums did not fit my template so I changed it to "2", and the default values of pictures per page did not fit because the first "picture" is always the "back" button, so I'd like to have 19, 39, ... pictures per page to have no "empty space" at the end of one page.

But the changes do not appear in the gallery ... it still tries to use 4 colums and still displays 20 pictures per page.


Now my question is: do I have to change these values somewhere else?

My apologies if this has been asked before, I couldn't find it in FAQ or the boards, a link to the thread suffices in this case

Ah and one more question: Is it possible in the phoca admin menu (backend) to set the default number of pictures to be displayed in the "images" part to "all"? I don't mind the traffic and would like to see them all on one page

Hi,

if you have to type numbers and you don't see it changing in the frontend, then take a look at your menu item. There you have the 'component - parameters'. These overrule the Global PhocaGallery parameters. Look if it's 39 etc there. Otherwise change it.

As to the 'all' question. I don't know if it's possible.
