Joomla/CB User Profile pictures

Hello,
I've been using Phoca gallery for a while now and love it. I was wondering if a plugin could be developed so that users could upload multiple pictures that would only be displayed in their profiles instead of the website gallery. I don't think (in my inexperienced mind) that it would be too hard to integrate for user to upload in a "self" gallery where you could only see it from their profile. This would allow members to upload multiple pictures of themselves or whatever else.
I haven't been able to locate any plugin that would do this.
