Slide show, description to fast, picture to slow

Hello,
I have the slideshow phoca gallery on a site. It works, but
the black box with text goes to fast. (i would show it all the time)
The pictures blend to each other take to long
I found the settings by detail view, but i can set this, how can i do this?
