Opening of modal box generates apache error

Every time I or anyone open a slideshow box or close it apche generates the folowing error
File does not exist: /var/www/html/templates/system/css/template.css
It's correct the file does not exist, but why do I get the error????
If I place an empty file with the correct name but empty I do not get the error.
Is it important and wil Phoca miss something in functionality?

PS Otherwise I thing Phoca is a marvelous programme. I have over 3000 pictures from an old site which I could put in in one go with categories and subcategories working.
