upgrade from J!1.6 to J!3.3 - fewer features?

Hello
I'm in the process of rebuilding my site, having upgraded as mentionned.
I'm an illustrator, so I had several pages with various types of images. I loved Phoca Gallery, since I was able previously to customize the way they were displayed through the menu via Parameters (Component), overiding global settings as needed, it was extremely useful. Now it seems it's all homogenized in one place :(
Any way to access specific settings per page again?
Also, the Detail Window stays the same no matter what choice I make (I had Highslide JS previously) What can I do ?
Thanks for your help

Hi, see:
https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joomla ... a-25-17-16

- Detail window - did you check the cache settings, if e.g. cache is not enabled - it is possible that the menu link still includes the parameters in database, so such need to be emptied so the Global Configuration parameters will be applied.

Since Joomla! 2.5 there are no parameters component in menu links but if the parameters are stored in database they still are in use.

Thanks Jan!
That code did the trick :| . Is there a way to add the shadow/no shadow option, and the padding?

For the detail view things seem to have improved, there might have been a cache somewhere as you said..

Hi, shadow, see:
http://css3generator.com/ (just generate the code for shadow) and paste this css to your template - for the image gallery boxes

the same you can do with padding -e.g. padding: 10px for the image gallery box

Thanks jan. I managed to get rid of the drop shadow, there's still a slight background issue but I'll try to find it..
I understand about the component issue, but it's too bad that setting (and others) aren''t available for Phoca Gallery anymore...

Hi, yes, it is just moving from obsolete methods to new modern methods like CSS3 is :idea.
