French Translation Files Joomla 3.2

Hi, is there a language file for French for Phoca Download for Joomla 3.2? In the download area, I can see only French language file for Joomla 2.5 and below.

Hi, the one for 2.5 should be extended (updated) for 3. For now I don't have any newest French translation for Phoca Download
