Is there a way to turn on titles in "Standard Pop-up Window"? See link for a visual of what I am looking for:

Even under "Description settings" the description and title are both on. What I need is for this to pop up and be able to show title, description and play videos. I already found the description and know that only some forms of pop-ups can play the video back.

You can customize the detail window then directly in the code:
components/com_phocagallery/views/detail/tmpl/ ...
