hey,
i have to questions. is there any plugin that links community builder and joomla 3.0.3?
and question 2 is,is there a way to show the owner/uploader of uploaded images on the front end of phoca gallery 4.0.0?

Hi, I don't know any for now but I don't have any experiences there, so maybe there is one

You can display the information e.g. in overlib (see the options of Phoca Gallery) in frontend (or to customize it directly in the code - set it where you need it to be displayed):
