Updatede Joomla to 2.5.14 and PhocaGallery to 3.2.6. After that "clicking" Images in Phoca Gallery Control Panel, produces a blank pages. Same fore Multiple add.
I have tried the mentioned fix with the legacy.php, but it make no changes to the problem.
Any idea what to do?

Hi, legacy.php is a Joomla! 3 issue, not Joomla! 2.5 issue. If you get blank page, just see errorLog or enable php error reporting to see which php error you get exactly there:
