I am using phocagallery . In phocagallery, some members can see some categories and not the others. All members can post comments, but I would like that everybody can write comments or evaluate categories

Except, in User Control Panel Settings >Comment Settings >External Comment Extension Enable or disable external comment extension
I use jcomments
and everybody can post comments

I suggest for the future version in Rating Settings, this feature : External rating Extension
